Returns
- You have [7 to 30] days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be:
○ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
○ With all original tags and packaging intact.
○ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at www.MiraaVogue.in or log into your account to request a return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us support@miraaavogue.in
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund. - If approved, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment within [5–10
business days]. - Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or
defective item).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Exchange delivery timeframe will be 7 days
Damaged or Defective Items
- Please contact us within [48 hours] of receiving the item with photos and a description.
- We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.
- Replacement delivery timeframe will be 5 days
